Za Tisovec 2011 so spremenjina pravila. Po novem velja pravilnik slovaške offroad zveze, ki velja za vse offroad evente na slovaškem.
Komur ne ustrezajo lahko prekliče registracijo in dobi povrnjeno štartnino.
